It can turn your vertical machining centers from 3rd axis into 4th, or 4th into a 5th by simply mounting the rotary table right on any pallet.

With the rigid build, a solid meehanite cast body frame, to the tremendous torque capacity (250 ft-lbs), this little compact unit has a torque rating that is unmatchable.

Its compact size allows it to be used in numerous applications and with its seamless interface, you will find this rotary table to be a simple plug-and-play!

KME CNC’s new NDX135 RF has all of the features of the standard wired model while being the perfect application for palletizing VMC An easy to use system with no messy cables. It can turn your vertical machining centers from 3rd axis into 4th, or 4th into a 5th by simply mounting the rotary table right on any existing 250mm 4th axis plater making you one of the easiest 5th axis conversion in the industry.

KME CNC can design a rotary indexer for your application. Custom indexers can be made to specific machining needs including different size drive configuration, large or smaller sizes, less or more platters with up to 1200ftlbs of holding torque.

KME CNC’s NDX 135  have the lowest platter height in the industry, with a maximum height if 140mm / 5.5 inch, allowing maximum Z height clearance. KME CNC can also manufacture indexers with up to 10” platters, depending on your specific needs. No additional drive cards necessary for your Vertical machining Center!
